Ristorante Roma has roots that go back to the turn of the century, when great-grandma Luigina and her family opened their doors to the ladies and gentlemen that stopped off in their carriages for a typical luncheon on their way through town.
The latest generation of the family have added innovative flavours to the menu to compliment the traditional selection that defines the restaurant.
For over 10 years, Stefano, the great-grandson, from the kitchen, has been serving innovative specialities to the menu such as raw fish platters, steam tartare made with fassone beed and white truffles, or with local artichokes or other seasonal delicacies, to name a few.
